On 11 November 2009 Hayley Elizabeth Fullerton died on Ward 11 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. It was Remembrance Day.

It’s a terrible burden to live with the guilt that she suffered and was neglected but it’s a living hell, knowing that not enough was done to save my wee Hayley.”
