“I wish I had known a story like Hayley’s before I took her to Birmingham Children’s Hospital. I had no idea about medical harm/errors and avoidable deaths. If I had this information I could have saved Hayley. It is the saddest thing in the world to lose your baby. It’s a terrible burden to live with the guilt that she suffered and was neglected but it’s a living hell, knowing that not enough was done to save my wee Hayley.”
